Here&aposs what you&aposll be doing

We are looking for a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our schools in a high growth environment. The School Success Manager will work with a set of 50-60 schools to deliver the following :

• Onboard : Coordinate the setting up of accounts of new schools
• Train : Work closely with the schools to ensure they are trained in Toddle
• Engage : Proactively look at schools to ensure that they get the most out of Toddle

The School Success Manager will work directly with the School Success Lead and will be supported by designers, developers, content writers, and data analysts. The north star metric for the School Success Manager is the school's happiness.
