About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic
Enterprise Sales Specialist
with proven experience in the
CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service)
industry. The role focuses on
acquiring new enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships .
Key Responsibilities
Drive
new business acquisition
in assigned region (Bangalore / Mumbai).
Identify, target, and onboard
large enterprise customers
across industries.
Develop and execute
sales strategies
for CPaaS solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Video, APIs, etc.).
Build a strong
pipeline of opportunities
through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Conduct
client presentations, demos, and solution discussions
with CXOs and decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet / exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure
smooth onboarding & client success .
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
Key Requirements
Minimum
4 years of experience in CPaaS / SaaS / Telecom enterprise sales .
Strong
hunter mindset
with a track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of CPaaS ecosystem – SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, APIs, RCS and enterprise communication solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage with
CXO-level stakeholders
and build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
