Role Overview :
We are hiring for a full-time remote position (Work from Home EST Shift, 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST).
The Lead Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process end-to-end, driving business growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing training and support related to certification programs and upskilling Responsibilities :
- Convert leads received from various marketing channels into sales.
- Prepare and execute short-term and long-term sales plans to meet assigned targets.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Leverage existing customers to generate referrals and expand the sales pipeline.
- Manage the customer relationship lifecycle, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Analyze sales data to optimize the enrollment funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Build and manage accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery calls, online pitching sessions (Zoom), and handle objections effectively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless sales Bachelors degree or MBA in any discipline.
- 4-7 years of experience in EdTech or SaaS Sales, preferably in selling certification programs or upskilling solutions.
- Proven track record of closing deals ranging from $10k to $100k (B2C or B2B2C).
- Strong hunter mentality with strategic execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching junior sales representatives.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach systems (Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Data-driven approach with experience in sales analytics and funnel optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, high EQ, and ability to tell persuasive stories.
- Deep understanding of the adult learner, career-changer, and corporate L&D buyer personas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales roles, specifically in EdTech or SaaS
