Minimum Requirements :

• B.Arch. Degree
• Minimum 5 experience in Bangalore based architectural firms
• Proven working experience in sanction drawings and working drawings
• Exposure of working in high rise residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Must be from Real estate / Construction / Project Management
• Interpret and translate management requirements into drawings
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Coordinate for sourcing of “samples” and “mood products”
• Supervise work progress at site
• Communications and presentation skills
• Project Management skills
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
