What you will do :

• Interface with Company and Unit heads, end users, GF RE, suppliers, and Group Functions such as Sourcing, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal.
• Identify and prioritize improvements to optimize the operation.
• Develop and deploy strategies, policies, processes, and tools that enhance our work environment.
• Leverage your expert knowledge to drive and support our organization.
• Take on the management of major projects within your area of expertise.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers effectively and professionally.
• Develop and drive the performance of Key Performance Indicators within your area of expertise.
