About the Role
As a Key Account Manager – Channel Sales, you’ll be the vital link between Livspace and our real estate partners — building strong relationships, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build & nurture relationships with brokers, builders, and channel partners
Identify and onboard new partners to expand Livspace’s presence
Generate qualified leads through partner networks & drive them to Experience Centres
Conduct meetings, site visits & partner engagement activities
Collaborate with Design, Sales & Marketing teams for a seamless customer experience
Track partner performance, manage conversions & achieve monthly / quarterly targets
Represent Livspace with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
2–8 years in channel sales / business development (interiors, real estate, home improvement preferred)
Strong understanding of local real estate & broker ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Proven track record of hitting sales targets
Self-driven, proactive & goal-oriented
Must own a two-wheeler + valid driving license
Fluency in English, Hindi & a regional language is a plus
