Job descriptionManage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring design quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to translate design objectives into practical, buildable solutions. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines. Review and approve structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for integrated project execution. Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices in all project stages. Stay updated with modern energy-efficient materials, technologies, and global sustainability trends. Mentor junior architects and guide them throughout the design and documentation process. Work closely with engineers, contractors, planners, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination. Research global architectural trends, new technologies, and design techniques to keep project standards competitive and future-ready. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (from a recognized institution). Professional licensure, such as COA, RIBA, or AIA is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with strong exposure to real estate development projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, large-scale architectural projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and project management tools. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and client presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Review and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models prepared by junior architects and consultants.
