BPAD is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process while maintaining our reputation for excellence. Success in this position requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Showcase available properties and present tailored investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitive offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Experience
3-4 years of experience in sales or real estate (preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets.What We Offer
