We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Lead to scale and optimize our top-of-funnel sales engine. This role will focus on owning and driving outbound pipeline generation for the India mid-market segment, leading a team of 10 BDRs, and ensuring a steady flow of quality SQLs for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own new revenue targets for the India mid-market segment and consistently exceed pipeline generation goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outbound BDRs, ensuring they achieve and surpass their targets.
- Oversee quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls while refining prospecting playbooks, including outreach strategies, messaging, cold call scripts, and LinkedIn flows.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Continuously identify and implement new strategies, tools, and best practices for outbound prospecting.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year of managing and mentoring a BDR / SDR team.Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales development targets.Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach.Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive results.Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a passion for developing people.Skills
