Job descriptionDesign performance test scenarios and scripts Develop tools to assist performance testing Design automated performance test suite Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability Build a team of competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently Manage test resources to ensure highest level of engagement possible Responsible for staff management aspects, inclusive of recruitment, talent development, knowledge retention, etc Provides regular communication and training to test teams in respect to standards and processes Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association. Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Hive Tech Lead EDUCATION : ANY CERTIFICATIONS : ISTQB / CSQA / CSM / PMP / Scrum Master Good knowledge in Banking domain Experience in design and implementation of Test Automation Framework Required Technical skills Core Java .NET Cucumber Selenium Hands-on experience in developing Test Automation suite using Java / .NET, Cucumber & Selenium Experience in Continuous Integration Tool like Jenkins / Hudson etc Experience / Knowledge in Version Control systems like Git , CVS, Subversion, etc Experience in writing SQLs / PL-SQL Knowledge in Test Automation Design patterns like PageObject Model, PageObject Factory, etc Do the right thing and are assertive, challenge one another, and live with integrity, while putting the client at the heart of what we do Never settle, continuously striving to improve and innovate, keeping things simple and learning from doing well, and not so well Are better together, we can be ourselves, be inclusive, see more good in others, and work collectively to build for the long term Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical and life insurance, with flexible and voluntary benefits available in some locations.
