About the Role :

As a Lead Development Representative at Bizom, you will act as the go-to-market driver for our most critical enterprise relationships. You&aposre not just here to do outreach — you&aposre here to build and execute the lead generation strategy that powers our key account engine.

You&aposll work closely with our Strategic Account Managers to open doors at global companies, fuel high-impact enterprise conversations, and help shape our next-gen growth journey with million-dollar deals. From mapping stakeholders and spotting buying triggers to planning acquisition activities like events, webinars, and partner-led campaigns — your work will directly influence the future of a multi-million dollar business unit.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and map high-value strategic accounts, identifying key decision-makers and business priorities.
  • Build and execute account-specific lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
  • Drive thoughtful, personalized outbound engagement via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Uncover pain points, gather intelligence, and generate qualified interest to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to support demand generation activities — including webinars, roundtables, and joint initiatives with channel partners.
  • Track and maintain accurate activity and insights in CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Contribute to account planning conversations and continuously refine the GTM approach.

What You'll Need :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a SaaS LDR or SDR role, with a proven record of generating quality pipeline.
  • Excellent research and communication skills — able to understand complex industries and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) and CRM platforms.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong ownership of outcomes.
  • The ambition to help build a multi-million dollar business unit from the ground up.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, channel) and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have :

    Ability to speak foreign languages, especially Spanish or German, is a strong plus.
