Reports To : Director

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and growth-driven Head of Business Growth to lead our sales and business development function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, closing high-value deals, and shaping business strategy at a fast-moving creative agency.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue high-growth markets and client opportunities

Team Leadership :

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set KPIs and drive performance
  • Client Acquisition & Pipeline Management :

  • Drive B2B client acquisition across marketing and creative services
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and close strategic deals
  • Client Relationship Management :

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Understand client challenges and align solutions to their goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams on pitch strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service innovation, and growth plans
  • Performance Reporting :

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Use data to measure success and refine approach
  • What We're Looking For :

  • 10+ years in sales leadership roles within marketing, advertising, or digital agencies
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Deep understanding of marketing services (branding, digital, content, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
