Legal and Compliance Specialist

Location : Andheri East

Job Role :

• Prepare and maintain secretarial documentation (agenda and minutes) for Board
• Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholders Meetings
• Manage routine corporate actions such as increase in share capital, private placements, right issues and all periodic / annual filings under Companies Act, 2013, RBI and other regulatory bodies
• Managing business licensing and regulatory registrations
• Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in compliance and governance of overseas group entities (holding company and sister concerns of the Company)
• Provide in-house support for overseas entities to the local consultants / counsels
• Draft and review company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external stakeholders like auditors and regulators.
• Ensure compliance of the organization with all applicable laws
