Legal Compliance Specialist

Role : Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Location : Chandivali-Raheja Vihar

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Qualification : CS

Job Description :

1. Holding meetings of the Board and shareholders as per required norms, maintaining registers, minute books, preparation of Annual Report, Director’s report and ensuring timely filing of related forms and returns with the RoC for all aspects.

2. Liasioning with various regulatory and statutory authorities viz., BSE, NSE, MCX, SEBI, MCA, NSDL, CDSL etc and also with the various internal departments for ensuring necessary compliances & ensuring audit closures from time to time.

3.Maintaining excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, handling regulatory enquiries with maturity and with / without limited supervision

4.To support the compliance Officer to identify, assess, advise on, monitor and report on the company’s compliance with securities regulatory requirements with various regulatory bodies

• 5 To Coordinate with recognised stock exchange(s) and depositories vis-a-vis compliance with rules, regulations and other directives of SEBI;

maintenance of appropriate procedures to ensure correctness, authenticity and comprehensiveness in information being filed with SEBI etc.

6. Coordinate with the regulators on compliance related matters as Compliance Officer
