Who are we looking for :
- Someone with 4–6 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations.
- A professional who is organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and administrative compliance.
- Ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency.
Top 3 Daily Tasks : Office Operations :
Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including housekeeping, maintenance, and logistics.Ensure the workplace remains safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and travel logistics.Vendor Management :
Handle vendor sourcing, quotations, and contract renewals.Oversee performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payment tracking.Inventory & Asset Management :
Maintain and update records of office assets and supplies.Monitor consumption patterns and ensure timely procurement.Support internal audits related to inventory and administrative expenses.Minimum Work Experience Required :
