In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpointsLead brand campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and PR initiativesMeasure offline channel performance and impactLead a multidisciplinary marketing team and manage external agenciesDevelop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectivesTrack KPIs and marketing ROI across all channelsOwn brand strategy, identity, positioning, and tonalityDrive performance marketing across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.)Oversee digital media planning, execution, and ROI optimizationManage CRM, email marketing, automation, and analytics toolsPlan and execute on-ground activations, events, retail promotions, and ATL campaigns (OOH, print, radio, etc.)Requirements
8+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to brand, digital, and offline strategiesProven success in building impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growthExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical and creative balanceMBA or equivalent degree preferred
