As a BDE at Hiringjet.com, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning our recruitment technology as a go-to solution for companies in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential B2B clients across industries.
• Drive end-to-end business development cycle : lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the recruitment industry.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships.
