Job Description

As a BDE at Hiringjet.com, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning our recruitment technology as a go-to solution for companies in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential B2B clients across industries.
Drive end-to-end business development cycle : lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the recruitment industry.
Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in any job portal local or international.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Competitive mindset with goal orientation.

Initially based in Bengaluru.
