• Effective Communication :  Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Night Shift Work :  Adapt to working hours aligned with American time zones to effectively cater to our clients' needs.
• Talent Sourcing :  Utilize various platforms and techniques to source potential candidates for different job roles.
• Team Collaboration :  Work closely with our team to ensure seamless candidate placements and client satisfaction.
