Job Title : Specialist - International Sales

Department : International Sales

Location : Office (India)

Reports To :  Director

Experience :   3 - 5 Years

Role Overview

The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Duratuf’s business growth in the UK, USA, and Australia markets. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, converting qualified leads, managing distributor relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strong market intelligence, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2B industrial product sales with strong negotiation and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Market Development

Achieve quarterly profitability targets (equivalent to 25x monthly salary ) from UK, USA & Australia markets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target regions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, and B2B clients.

Lead Management & Conversion

Convert minimum 15% of qualified leads into active customers every quarter.

Conduct effective product presentations, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.

New Client Acquisition

Onboard minimum 15 new international clients per quarter in the assigned regions.

Build a strong pipeline of potential customers through market research and outreach.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM updates, client conversations, quotations, and sales documentation.

Provide timely weekly and monthly sales reports.

Export Documentation & Coordination

Prepare export-related documentation in compliance with international trade standards.

Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

Technical Competencies

CRM & Lead Management (Zoho preferred)

Knowledge of International Trade documentation

Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and export compliance norms

Functional Competencies

Market analysis & competitor mapping

Business communication & negotiation

Distributor and client relationship management

Behavioral Competencies

Ownership and accountability

Result-oriented mindset

Resilience & adaptability

Cultural sensitivity while dealing with international clients

Strong team collaboration

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or related discipline.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in International Sales / Exports , preferably in B2B industrial products.

Preferred Industry Background

Rubber, insulation, electrical safety, industrial consumables, or similar product categories.

Must-Have Skills

International B2B sales & client handling

Quotation preparation and follow-up

Negotiation & deal closure

Export documentation knowledge

CRM proficiency

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with markets outside the Middle East

Channel partner / distributor development

Knowledge of dielectric / insulation products

Experience participating in international trade fairs

Fluency in additional foreign language
