Indrajaal's HR Operations & People Culture vision is built around creating an autonomous shield against drone attacks, focusing on critical defense spaces and VIP zones.

This role blends operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across the organization. You will oversee core HR services, champion a values-driven culture, and standardize workflows to drive automation.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles, with a strong command of HRIS platforms and a comfortable approach to building systems from scratch.

Must-haves include presence of mind, ownership orientation, startup fluency, tech fluency, and culture sensitivity.
