Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet consulting hiring needs (from Analyst to Partner level).
- Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing direction to achieve hiring goals.
- Collaborate with consulting leadership to align recruitment plans with workforce and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring through proactive sourcing.
- Oversee job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations in coordination with hiring managers.
- Drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives within the consulting vertical.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and internal HR operations for smooth hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Stay informed on market intelligence, talent trends, and best practices in the consulting industry.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on consulting or professional services hiring.(ref : iimjobs.com)
