About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing or steel industry, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and align hiring processes with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to understand manpower needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals in manufacturing / steel domains.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to build talent pipelines.
- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining high quality of hires.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights relevant to manufacturing and steel industries.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of proven recruitment experience in the manufacturing or steel industry .Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).What We Offer
