Staffing Optimization Specialist

As a WFM supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling workforce within the organization to optimize productivity and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in workforce management software.

You will also be responsible for monitoring real-time adherence, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while optimizing shift patterns to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

A successful candidate will analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, generate reports on key performance indicators related to workforce management, and present data insights to management to inform decision-making.

Additionally, as a WFM supervisor, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding scheduling and overtime, and monitor employee time and attendance to prevent violations.
