You'll work directly with our founders to design our hiring engine and bring in people who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in async environments.
- Own the full hiring cycle from sourcing to closing
- Build systems that assess not just skills, but mindset and fit
- Create pipelines for engineers who solve real problems and write thoughtful code
About You
