Junior Executive - Digital Marketing

Job descriptionPlan and schedule daily content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Assist in the execution of paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS) Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, banners, reels, and promotional videos Handle basic SEO tasks including on-page and off-page optimization, and track keyword rankings Drive traffic and lead generation via digital channels and optimized landing pages Manage CRM integration to capture and track leads from website, ads, and third-party portals Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to analyze performance data and derive insights Support video marketing campaigns for real estate promotions and walkthroughs Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts targeting property leads
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO / SEM principles
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, and HubSpot is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external teams
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic real estate marketing environment
- Passion for digital content, branding, and emerging marketing trends
