About This Role
The Operations Manager for the Simulator Centre based in Mumbai / other locations will be responsible for ensuring smooth internal operations of the training centre. Role is to provide oversight and adherence to annual budget, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction & enhancing employee relations. The incumbent will focus on meeting regulatory compliance standards, fostering a high-performing team and managing the facility and administration.
