Leasing & Business Development Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring : Category Manager – Retail Leasing (Hardlines & Home Experience)

Are you a driven professional who understands the pulse of retail leasing and knows how to close deals with top brands.

We’re looking for a Category Manager to lead leasing for Hardlines & Home Experience categories within a 1.2 million sq. ft. retail project in Thane.

📍 Location : Mumbai

🏢 Work Mode : Head Office-based

💼 Experience Required : 7+ years in retail leasing, business development, or category management

🎓 Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)

Budget : 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Drive business development and leasing closures across assigned retail categories

🔹 Identify and onboard new brand relationships and franchise partners

🔹 Lead end-to-end lease negotiations — commercials, VM, signage & design coordination

🔹 Conduct continuous market and competitor research to strengthen brand mix strategy

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Legal, Finance & Project teams for seamless onboarding

🔹 Maintain leasing pipeline dashboards and present performance reports

What You Bring :

✅ Strong negotiation & relationship management skills

✅ Proven record of closing deals with national or international retail brands

✅ Understanding of retail dynamics, big-box formats & experiential showrooms

✅ High commercial acumen, integrity & presentation skills
