As a City AGM, your role would require you to -
- Drive Business Development through a set of Key Account Managers - Hunting & Farming
- Build Casantro's brand presence in the Architect & Interior Designer (AID) community through various initiatives including leveraging existing networks, participating in events, cold calls etc
- Build lasting relationships with AIDs that translate into perpetual recurring business for the comapny
- Own the project life cycle journey right from the enquiry generation stage through to successful handover of the project
- Play a pivotal leadership role in the acquiring and nurturing talent across both sales and design roles
- Own the store P&L
- This is a people leader role with responsibility to directly / indirectly manage 15-20 people
- This role involves extensive AID visits and involves significant amount of in-city travel
Skills and Experience
Graduate with min 10 years experience or Post Graduate with min 6 years experienceMin 3 years experience in Business Developement & Key Account Management rolesStrongly prefer candidates with extensive network in the Architect / Interior designer communityProven experience in managing teams and overseeing project management and operations in the Building Material / Home Interior spaceStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team membersSkills Required
