Role Overview
The Vice President – Product Management will own the end-to-end product charter, setting vision, strategy, and execution frameworks that accelerate Darwix AI’s transition from high-growth scale-up to global category leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage the entire product organisation—product managers, designers, analysts—and work hand-in-hand with Engineering, AI Research, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver differentiated, revenue-driving capabilities.
This is a builder’s role requiring the rare blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and operational excellence. You must craft compelling product narratives for the boardroom while obsessing over the details that drive user adoption, retention, and ARR expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define a three-year product vision that positions Darwix AI as the default GenAI operating system for global revenue teams.
- Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into a clear, defensible roadmap prioritised for growth and differentiation.
- Evangelise the vision internally and externally—aligning executive leadership, investors, and strategic customers.
Roadmap Ownership & Delivery Cadence
Build and govern quarterly OKRs, ensuring cross-functional alignment on outcomes and resourcing.Establish gold-standard product rituals—discovery sprints, PRD quality gates, release check-lists, post-launch retrospectives—with an emphasis on speed without sacrificing stability.Hold teams accountable for predictability and quality, tracking leading and lagging indicators (adoption, NPS, revenue, COGS).Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with VP Engineering and Head of AI Research to balance innovation with technical feasibility, security, and compliance.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to craft pricing, packaging, and go-to-market narratives that resonate across regions and industries.Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, translating enterprise needs into scalable product solutions.Team Building & Mentorship
Scale the product organisation from individual contributors to multi-layered pods (Core Platform, AI Features, Integrations, Growth) while preserving a high-ownership culture.Develop robust career ladders, performance frameworks, and coaching programs that attract and retain Tier-1 product talent.Foster a data-driven decision culture, where qualitative insights and quantitative metrics coexist.Operational Excellence & Metrics
Define and monitor the product P&L, collaborating with Finance to manage COGS, gross margin, and unit economics.Implement instrumentation for real-time analytics—cohort retention, feature adoption heat-maps, latency SLAs, and model performance baselines.Champion rigorous experimentation (A / B, canary, phased roll-outs) to validate hypotheses before large-scale investments.Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem
Identify and lead tech-stack partnerships—CRM, telephony, vector DB, cloud marketplace—that accelerate product reach and stickiness.Drive build-vs-buy vs-partner decisions grounded in ROI, speed-to-market, and competitive moat considerations.Minimum Qualifications
10 – 15 years in product roles across B2B SaaS or platform companies, with proven leadership of AI / analytics product lines serving enterprise customers.Demonstrated ability to scale a product organisation (roadmap >$10 M ARR) while improving delivery velocity and quality.
Technical depth : comfortable discussing API contracts, data schemas, inference latencies, and security models with engineering and AI leads.Stellar communication and executive-level storytelling skills—equally persuasive in a customer QBR and an investor board meeting.Track record of shipping features that deliver measurable revenue impact, user adoption growth, and retention improvements.Bachelor’s in Engineering / Computer Science; MBA a plus but not mandatory.Preferred Experience
Prior ownership of speech analytics, conversational AI, or GenAI-driven products.Experience orchestrating multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS deployments with stringent data-privacy and infosec requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).Familiarity with pricing strategy for usage-based or hybrid subscription models.Board-facing experience, including roadmap rationale, KPI reporting, and strategic planning.Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
