About The Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Sr. VP to lead our global sales and revenue function. The ideal candidate will bring 15-20 years of proven sales leadership experience, strong exposure to US or European markets, and a successful track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global revenue strategy ensuring sustainable growth.
- Lead business development and enterprise sales in US or European markets.
- Build, mentor, and manage large cross-functional sales and account management teams.
- Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and talent development.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account relationships.
- Identify and execute new market entry, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market plans.
- Represent the company in CXO-level client meetings, industry forums, and global events.
Key Requirements
15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience with a strong track record of revenue growth.Proven exposure to US or European markets.Expertise in team leadership and scaling global sales teams.Background in B2B SaaS / IT Products / enterprise technology sales preferred.Strong financial and business acumen with P&L ownership experience.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.Desired Skills and Experience :
