About The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sr. VP to lead our global sales and revenue function. The ideal candidate will bring 15-20 years of proven sales leadership experience, strong exposure to US or European markets, and a successful track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global revenue strategy ensuring sustainable growth.
• Lead business development and enterprise sales in US or European markets.
• Build, mentor, and manage large cross-functional sales and account management teams.
• Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account relationships.
• Identify and execute new market entry, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market plans.
• Represent the company in CXO-level client meetings, industry forums, and global events.
