Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ SDRs / Outbound sales executives.
Strategy & Execution : Drive the outbound sales strategy in international markets, including the US, EU, APAC, or MEA regions. You will be responsible for building and executing business plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
Revenue & Targets : Own sales quotas and consistently deliver on revenue targets. You will be held accountable for results and report on pipeline, conversion metrics, and overall sales performance to senior leadership.
Business Development : Identify opportunities, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals with a minimum deal size of $10K+.
Client Engagement : Travel internationally and domestically to meet clients and close high-value deals.
Process Improvement : Collaborate with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy and strengthen outbound sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or IT solutions industry.
Strong expertise in outbound sales strategies and execution.
A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
