Assistant Sales Manager [Urgent Search]

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced & highly motivated individual with exposure in international equity markets mainly Australia (preferable but not mandatory). The candidate must possess flair & dynamism to work independently & quickly integrate into a team environment. Must be a Graduate with proven ability of generating sales in a complex market & able to make over 200 calls a day!

Role requirement / Experience :

• 1-2 years of international outbound sales / collections B2C experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
• A profound understanding of the financial markets (preferrable)
• Ability to influence & negotiate with customer effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure.
• High levels of initiative & time management skills.
• Critical thinker with problem solving skills & a team player.
• Mature individual with professional work ethics & a high degree of accountability / ownership.

Work Hours : 5.30 am – 2.30 pm IST Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday

Transport : Provided by company

Compensation : Upto 5.5 LPA (Uncapped high performance-based incentives offered)
