Role : Assistant Sales Manager – New Business Development
We are seeking
dynamic, ambitious sales professionals
who thrive on building new client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire
new medium-to-large corporate clients
in assigned territory.
Conduct
daily customer visits, presentations, and demos
to generate new leads.
Develop a strong pipeline through networking, cold-calling, industry connects, and digital platforms.
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Cross-sell DCGpac’s solutions (packaging, procurement, sustainability, design & branding).
Maintain accurate reporting of leads, opportunities, and conversion ratios.
Candidate Profile
2-5 years of sales experience
in B2B, enterprise solutions, packaging, or corporate procurement.
Graduate from a
reputed university ; MBA / Engineer preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
High energy, ambitious, target-driven
with a strong hunter mindset.
Proven ability to
acquire and grow new clients .
Willingness for frequent customer visits and extended working hours.
