Role Description

• Manage and oversee all core HR processes.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts :
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting interviews and managing selection processes.
• Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships.
• Enhance and manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.
• Skilled in Personnel Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara.
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
