About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager with a background in managing coffee chains / QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple café locations across Bangalore, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong staff performance, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Operations Management : Oversee daily operations across multiple café outlets in Bangalore, ensuring brand SOPs are followed.
Staff Hiring & Training : Recruit, train, and manage café staff (baristas, supervisors, support staff) to maintain service standards.
Inventory & Supply Chain : Monitor stock levels, manage vendor coordination, and ensure efficient inventory usage to minimise wastage.
Store Audits : Conduct regular audits of cafes (hygiene, quality, compliance, customer service, and cash handling).
Reporting : Prepare operational reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement.
Travel : Frequent travel across Bangalore outlets to monitor and support store teams.
Requirements : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management with a coffee chain / QSR brand.
Strong experience in staff hiring, training, and team management .
Knowledge of inventory management systems and operational audits.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with field travel across multiple café outlets in Bangalore.
Mandatory : Candidate must own a 2-wheeler vehicle with a valid license for intra-city travel.
