Brand Manager at BabyMD

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and dynamic brand leader with an experience of 6-8 years for the position of Brand Manager. You will take ownership of our brand activities across channels including offline marketing, social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a focus on video content, other brand activities. This role requires a creative knack and passion, along with the ability to plan and execute campaigns, build associations, and forge partnerships with complementary brands and influencers to grow our online presence and maintain our reputation with a customer-first approach.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with founders, functional heads, and execution leaders to build a brand from the ground up and drive impactful communication and organic growth strategies.

This is a full time work from office role - 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Development and Strategy
• Develop Brand Marketing Roadmap : Create a comprehensive quarterly & annual marketing strategy for different communication portfolios, aligning themes, objectives, and execution plans with BabyMD’s overall business goals and brand ethos.
• End-to-End Campaign Execution : Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns that position BabyMD as the go-to destination for holistic child care. Ensure campaigns reflect & celebrate BabyMD's Consumer Value Propositions built into an emotional narrative that immediately connects with the consumers.
• Storytelling and Branding : Develop compelling narratives around key services, offerings. Utilize powerful visuals, videos, and testimonials to connect emotionally with audiences.
• Child Healthcare Content Creation : Develop health-focused content in collaboration with influencers, experts, and internal teams to showcase the knowledge and expertise of BabyMD’s services.
• Collaboration and Partnerships
• Collaborate with renowned platforms that have strong adjacencies to the category in the fields of publications for content, webinars, events, masterclasses, and co-branded initiatives.
• Build partnerships with influencers, pediatricians, regional key opinion leaders and health leaders to amplify BabyMD’s visibility in the child care space.
• Portfolio Growth and Marketing Collaterals
• Work with offline, sales, and clinic teams to identify growth opportunities for individual markets that align with the regional sensibilities.
• Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, in-store cards, guides, booklets and packaging that reflect the empathetic, joyous and celebratory nature of BabyMD’s wide range of services.
• Social Media Management
• Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn).
• Create monthly content calendars, planning and execution of engaging posts, reels, live content independently.
• Coordinate with external agencies to produce high-quality content
• Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats of posts including formats such as live sessions, webinars etc.
• Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
• Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimise social media strategies.
• Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing
• Content / Copywriting
• Craft compelling ad copy for mainly video scripts, static posts, carousels that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
• Develop landing page content copy and collaborate on layouts to increase form fill percentages and overall lead generation.
• Write persuasive ad copy and messaging for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
• Write and optimise SEO-driven blog content to improve BabyMD’s online search visibility.
• Review and quality-check SEO blogs written by other contributors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.
• Content Production :
• Write scripts, plan, manage & execute shoots to produce HQ videos.
• Any brand activity that aligns with the brand for ex. Vox Pop, Podcasts.
• PR Management :
• Collaborate with PR agencies & vendors to ensure brand visibility to Founders & VC fraternity
• Regular post on Linkedin to stay relevant in the network.
