Key Planning & Product Lifecycle Management :
- Identify product gaps and consumer needs to develop a relevant and competitive assortment.
- Work with design teams to conceptualize and launch new SKUs aligned with brand identity and trends.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to pricing, launch, and phase-out planning.
Category Strategy & Growth :
- Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to support category planning.
- Recommend pricing, product positioning, and promotions to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Assist in building innovation pipelines and contribute to annual category planning.
Business Performance Management :
- Track key business metrics such as revenue, margins, and product contribution.
- Use data insights to optimize product mix and improve performance across D2C and offline / online channels.
- Work with sales and demand planning teams to drive forecast accuracy and inventory health.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration :
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on campaign calendars and go-to-market strategies.

- Ensure product messaging aligns with category goals and brand tone.
Cross-Functional Execution :
- Coordinate with supply chain, packaging, finance, and digital teams to ensure smooth product execution.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure on-time delivery of category initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication across departments for seamless project 4-6 years in category management, merchandising, brand management, or product marketing.
- Prior experience in home decor, lifestyle, or consumer brands Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel, dashboards, and market research tools.
- Sound commercial and pricing strategy understanding.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
