About the Company

We are a fast-growing beauty and skincare brand based in Mumbai, focused on delivering high-quality, natural, and innovative personal care products. Our presence spans across major online marketplaces and D2C platforms. We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive our digital commerce growth on platforms like Nykaa, Tira and other beauty marketplaces

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations across major e-commerce platforms : Nykaa, Tira Etc
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, content (images, A+ content, videos), and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
  • Oversee catalog uploads, compliance, variant structuring, and backend dashboard management.

Sales Growth & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales (e.g., Nykaa Pink Friday, Great Indian Festival).
  • Liaise with category managers to maximize visibility and negotiation of prime spots.
  • Track ROI on platform ads (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and optimize campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create weekly and monthly MIS reports to present performance and growth strategies.
  • Forecast sales and monitor demand trends to align with supply planning.
