What We Expect From You :
A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team.
- Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.
- You should be excellent in analytical / reasoning.
- You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results. Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.
- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.. Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.
- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers
- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.
- You should be excellent in analytical / reasoning skills; good team player
