Role Purpose :
Drive revenue growth for consumer campaigns by offering strategic, high-impact creative solutions to Brand and Marketing leaders. The role combines consultative sales expertise with campaign planning to deliver measurable ROI across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Own revenue and pipeline targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-ups.
Lead consultative solution selling by understanding client objectives and designing campaign mechanics (on-pack, cashback, gamification, sweepstakes) and media mixes (ATL / BTL / Digital / Retail).
Manage complex enterprise deals involving cross-functional stakeholders—Brand, Procurement, Legal, and CXO levels.
Build and grow key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery outcomes and identifying upsell opportunities.
Conduct market analysis on category trends, media spends, and performance metrics to refine offerings.
Mentor and guide a small sales team on deal strategy, proposal creation, and storytelling.
Requirements :
10–12 years in B2B consultative sales and Media Sales with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong background in media or marketing solution sales with proven campaign ROI expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English and one Indian language.
Open to frequent travel (up to 50%).
