About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Workday Consultant with proven hands-on experience in the Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules of Workday HCM(Configuration). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team, delivering cutting-edge HR technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Note : Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong technical expertise and implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead configuration and deployment of Compensation modules
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes in Workday.
- Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.
- Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.
- Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Train end users and prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
- Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications :
Hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant in medium to large-scale environments.Deep understanding of Workday Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules.Proven track record of full lifecycle Workday implementations and support.Strong skills in :
Business process configurationCalculated fieldsCondition rulesSecurity groups and domain configurationParallel ProcessingSolid understanding of HR business processes, compliance frameworks, and data protection.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :
Workday Certification in Benefits, Security, HCM or Compensation modules.Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or other integration tools.Familiarity with other HCM modules such as Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines(ref : hirist.tech)
