Role : Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead configuration and deployment of 1)Workday Benefits / 2)Security / 3)Compensation modules / 4)Workday Consultant Core HCM (Configuration) / 5) Workday Integration with PECI
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes in Workday.
- Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.
- Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.
- Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Train end users and prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
- Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications :
Hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant in medium to large-scale environments.Deep understanding of Workday Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules.Proven track record of full lifecycle Workday implementations and support.Strong skills in :1. Business process configuration
2. Calculated fields
3. Condition rules
4. Security groups and domain configuration
5. Parallel Processing
Solid understanding of HR business processes, compliance frameworks, and data protection.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :
Workday Certification in Benefits, Security, HCM or Compensation modules.Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or other integration tools.Familiarity with other HCM modules such as Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines.(ref : hirist.tech)
