Job Title : Workday Consultant - Core HCM (Configuration)

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days Work From Office)

Experience : 3+ Years

Shift Timing : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Workday Core HCM Consultant with hands-on configuration experience to join our Bangalore team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Core HCM processes in Workday to meet business needs and ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, tenant setup, and organization structures.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
Support configuration of positions, job profiles, organizations, staffing models, and supervisory structures.
Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local statutory requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage enhancements in Core HCM.
Document system configurations and provide knowledge transfer / training to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration.

Strong expertise in staffing models, supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and Core HCM business processes.

Experience in Workday configuration, testing, and support.

Good understanding of HR operations and processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
