Senior HR Executive

Position Title : HR Executive / Sr. Executive (Preferred IT technology background)

Reporting To : Manager – HR

Location : Pune ( Bavdhan )

Role Overview :

We are looking for an HR Executive / Sr. Executive to manage employee experience, oversee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate global initiatives, support learning programs, and contribute to HR analytics and planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows, including global onboarding programs and 30 / 60 / 90-day check-ins.
• Coordinate and support training & development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback tracking.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (e.g., Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs, including wellness campaigns (e.g., R-I-Appreciate, Employee Assistance Programs).
• Lead activities related to Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification renewal and ensure timely execution of action items.
• Compile and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people analytics for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for HRMS implementation and helpdesk coordination (e.g., Keka).
• Organize and manage feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives based on employee inputs from engagement activities.
