Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Destination Manager located in Chennai. The Destination Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing educational tours, providing exemplary customer service, and managing client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include planning and guiding tours, negotiating with service providers, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and educational institutions. The Destination Manager will also manage sales and actively participate in promotional activities to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Guided Tours and Sales
• Strong Negotiation skills and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with the education consulting industry is a plus
