Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Study Abroad Destination Manager. The Study Abroad Destination Manager is responsible for managing and guiding students through the process of studying abroad. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert advice to students, coordinating study tours, offering exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and negotiating with international universities and partners. The role requires proactive communication with both students and partner institutions to facilitate successful admissions and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Guided Tours and Customer Service
• Proficient in Sales and Negotiation
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the education consultancy domain is a plus
