Key Responsibilities
Global Travel Program Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global travel policy aligned with business needs and compliance requirements
- Oversee phased rollout of the new global travel tool, starting with German entities and expanding to other regions
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, travel vendors, and travel tool providers
Operational Excellence
Monitor travel program performance, compliance, and cost-effectivenessAnalyze travel data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencyEnsure a consistent and high-quality traveler experience across all regionsStakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with regional and local teams to support smooth adoption and integration of the travel toolProvide training, support, and communication to end-users and travel coordinatorsManage relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and other vendorsGovernance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and duty of care obligationsSupport audit processes and generate reports related to travel spend and complianceSkills Required
