Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead the visa team handling tourist visas for multiple countries.
• Review all applications and documents before submission to minimize rejections.
• Stay updated on tourist visa requirements of embassies, consulates, and VFS / BLS centers.
• Ensure high approval rates and low rejection ratios for clients.
• Train and mentor the team to handle complex tourist visa cases efficiently.
• Monitor timelines and ensure applications are processed and submitted on schedule.
• Maintain reports, records, and client updates.
