Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to generate leads and drive revenue.
- Build strong relationships with principals, HODs, and placement officers to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.
- Organize and conduct seminars, on-campus training sessions, and education events to increase engagement and business opportunities.
- Promote educational and franchise activities through social media and digital platforms to reach maximum audiences.
- Execute business development, branding, and promotional activities to increase market penetration in the education sector.
- Track and ensure lead conversion into revenue, particularly through visa processing services.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive campus hiring initiatives, workforce planning, and placement strategies.
- Develop, execute, and monitor monthly marketing budgets and activities (ATL, BTL, and promotional campaigns) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Build, support, and nurture relationships with franchisees, fostering collaboration and sustainable business growth.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.5-8 years of proven experience in business development, institutional tie-ups, and franchise development.Strong understanding of the education and training industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience in marketing, branding, and promotional campaign management.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently and drive business objectives with minimal supervision.(ref : iimjobs.com)
